Returns & Exchanges

At Urban Culture Online, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
